Omne and MBE are collaborating to provide online sellers more than 200 MBE locations to serve their Customer Returns, as the drop-off service points and to collect their replacement.
What is OmneBox?
OmneBox is an on-demand Customer Returns and Order Fulfilment Service for Online Sellers, with the following key features:
- No parcel packaging or consignment note is required. Just drop off at any MBE outlet and present Delivery Note (DN).
- No home address is needed, as OmneBox is for customer collection only, in order to protect customer privacy.
- MBE staff will take a photo of each item dropped off by Online Sellers, in order to reduce delivery mistakes and to save cost.
Problems of Customer Returns
Online sellers face the challenges of processing and managing customer returns of items sold via social media channels, especially verifying the condition of returned items before delivery and reimbursing customers for paying delivery fees.
OmneBox Solution:
How it Works
- Customers request their returns from online sellers, via any online channel.
- The sellers log on to Omne-Box.com in order to create their return Order Notes, and share the links to customers' email.
- Customers click on the links to fill and submit their return forms with photos of returned items, for the sellers' approval.
- Sellers approve their customers' returns via Omne-Box.com, and the DN shall be forwarded to the customers' email.
- Customers drop off their returned items (attached with DN) at any MBE outlet. MBE staff shall take photos of items for the sellers to confirm, before delivery.
Omne Merchant (OM)
Subscription Account
The sellers are required to subscribe online and open Omne Merchant accounts or apply at their preferred MBE outlets.
- Pay RM1,200 annual subscription fee online via bank transfer, etc.
- Subscription fee includes 400 free tokens worth RM1.50 each.
- A mailbox address of the preferred MBE is provided to receive customer returns and parcels from suppliers.
